Data engineering and AI agent tooling —
building infrastructure for both, simultaneously.
Value is delivered, not promised.
Freelance from day one. Started building for others before I had a diploma. Each phase added a new layer of capability.
Django, Flask, Express, React. Built payment-integrated sites, REST APIs, authentication systems, and boilerplate tooling for rapid delivery.
ETL pipelines with Airflow, Spark, and Kafka. Data warehouses and lakes on AWS, GCP, and Azure. Processed data at scale for production environments.
Building infrastructure and tooling for AI agents — routing layers, model orchestration, deployment pipelines. Production at scale.
Deployed, running, generating value right now.
GitHub analytics dashboard — real-time stats for all 32 repositories. Language breakdown, stars, activity.
Real-time weather for 13 PH cities. 3-day forecast, no API key needed. Open-Meteo powered, zero backend.
Pay-per-use Google Drive sharing platform. Vercel serverless, Vite SPA, EJS admin dashboard.
AI model routing layer — multi-provider fallback, vision format conversion, rate limiting. Routes to Anthropic/OpenAI/xAI/Railway via agentrouter.
Real-time crypto movement monitor — Binance OHLCV data, configurable thresholds for 1h/4h/12h/1d windows, alerting. 72-hour rolling window in browser.
Tools and technologies I've shipped to production.
Django, FastAPI, Airflow, Spark
React, Vue, Node, Express
API routers, CLIs, infrastructure
Systems tooling, CLI utilities
Spark, Kafka, Airflow, dbt
AWS, GCP, Azure, Vercel
Hermes, OmniRoute, LLM ops
Node, Express, React, browser tooling
Docker, K8s, CI/CD, Terraform
I'm Al Francis Gabriel Bolima — a Filipino builder from Antipolo, Rizal. I started freelancing in 2020 while still in senior high school. By the time I graduated as Programmer of the Year with High Honors from ACLC Antipolo, I already had paying clients and production deployments.
Spent a year studying Computer Engineering at TIP Quezon City before the pandemic reshaped my path. Instead of waiting, I went all-in on building — web apps, data pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and eventually AI agent systems.
Today I design and deploy infrastructure that powers AI agents at scale. I don't do gig work — I build products that generate ongoing value. Fixed scope, premium delivery.
I don't bid on gigs. If you have a project that needs real engineering, let's talk.
